AgentComponent Tool - Visual (and Distributed) Construction and Customization of Deployed Multi-Agent-Systems

The AgentComponent Tool (AC Tool) allows one to visually design and customize Multi-Agent-Systems (MAS) according to the AgentComponent (AC) concepts (AC concepts). Every designed and deployed (running) AC instance can be customized by adding or removing communication partners, ontologies, instances of ontologies to the knowledge base and behaviours. All this customization can be done during runtime i.e. every running AC instance (deployed on an agent platform) can be customized using the AC Tool Gui. Moreover the AC Tool works distributed i.e. the constructed MAS can be customized from different hosts using the AC Tool Gui. The AC Tool is available as prototype implementation which is based on the JADE Multi-Agent-Framework.
